I think we should take a break from some things... just relax and take a breather...
Sometimes, we don't really take a break to realize our true intentions in life.
Taking a break can help a whole lot.
Unless you're like my dad... who had took a break for almost two weeks due to healing after surgery... and well... he got real bored real fast...
So be aware what a taking a break can be... it can't be doing nothing because you really have to do something every once a while... so take a short break... take a long one if it's needed... just be sure not to be bored in the process of it.
So... take a break when you need to. It might be a good thing for your health and well being.
