I've been ignoring my pain for the past few days but... today, it was hard to ignore the pain... yay.
Anyway, I was way too distracted with doing YouTube because I wanted to find something to get distracted with this pain... did it work? For a bit...
At least, until I went to the grocery store with mom and dad... I had to lift the water cases that holds 24 bottles... and I literally yelp in pain... that's right... I knew instantly, this pain was hard to ignore this time.
And my mom keeps using the items that I need to keep the pain lowered... so right now, I have no heat patches to put around the area... I know it's swelled and it needs that heat... but sadly, my mom claims she is in pain so she took two of them... leaving me one that I had to use last night...
So... I am just going to bed in hopes to ease the pain... maybe... but lifting... all that lifting needs to be stopped for a few weeks... sorry, mom and dad... you guys need to find somebody else to do the lifting.
With that in mind... I'm trying to keep positive so right now I will sleep...
